Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily food and beverage operations Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality Supervise restaurant staff and service quality Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams Handle guest complaints and operational issues Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards Support inventory control and operational reporting

Requirements Solid leadership and communication skills Valuable knowledge of F&B; service operations Presentable and qualified personality Ability to manage teams and guest relations efficiently Problem-solving and multitasking abilities Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
