We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR skilled to lead and manage all Human Resources functions at our Roorkee location. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in strategic recruitment and a proven track record of digitizing HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, streamline, and manage HR & Admin systems, ensuring efficiency through digital transformation.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring for senior leadership and CXO-level roles.
Drive and implement digital HR initiatives such as HRMS, ATS, payroll systems, and automation of HR processes.
Develop, draft, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational frameworks.
Manage payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and audits with accuracy and timeliness.
Spearhead performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
Partner with leadership for strategic manpower planning and organizational development.
Oversee general administration, facility management, and office operations.
Build a data-driven HR function using analytics and reporting tools.
Requirements
15 years of experience in HR Generalist roles across industries.
Solid expertise in recruitment strategy and leadership hiring.
Proven experience in digitizing HR functions (implementation of HRMS/ATS/ERP systems).
Demonstrated ability to set up HR departments and processes from scratch.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
