Description
Role & responsibilities Generate invoices, sales orders, and e-way bills in Tally / ERP same day, no exceptions. Maintain GST-compliant documentation; ensure every transaction is traceable. Track customer payments, prepare ageing reports, and escalate over-dues through a defined follow-up process. Update stock in the system after every inward (GRN) and outward (dispatch) movement. Perform daily / weekly physical vs system reconciliation; investigate and document every variance. Lead monthly and quarterly stock-taking with proper count sheets and sign-offs. Enforce FIFO through bin labeling, batch tracking, and ageing reports. Prepare and circulate the Daily Stock Report (DSR) to management. Plan daily dispatches against a dispatch schedule; supervise loading and verify quantities against invoice. Maintain vehicle log book, fuel records, and trip sheets in a standard format. Coordinate with sales, logistics partners, and distributors for on-time delivery. Handle returns, damages, and replacements through a documented workflow with proper credit notes / debit notes. Follow defined SOPs; flag gaps and suggest improvements.
Preferred candidate profile 2 to 4 years of experience in dispatch, stores, accounts, or commercial operations in a process-driven, SOP-following organization (preferably manufacturing). Hands-on Tally ERP experience (Tally Prime preferred); comfortable with any ERP system. Solid working knowledge of GST, e-way bill, invoicing, GRN workflows. MS Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic dashboards for MIS and reconciliation. Demonstrated experience in physical vs system stock reconciliation. Robust documentation discipline and attention to detail. Valuable written and verbal communication (English + Hindi). Prior experience in an ISO 9001 / structured QMS environment.
