GNM & Nursing Trainer (Roorkee)

Ensure gainful employments for trained candidates Rapport building with employers and identify new potential employers Organize campus placement drives and group placements Good report writing and documentation skills Good implimentation & communication skills Ability to meet deadlines, commitments with proffesional accuracy Help graduates in the processes of job searching, including resume writing.
- Interview and/or referral of participants to job placement and business development resources as a result of skills development training sessions.
- Coordinate job search skills training sessions and orientations.
- Coordinate individual recruitments and Job Fairs.
- Maintain direct communication with employers by performing weekly visits.
- Perform weekly phone calls to graduates in order to have all personal information up to date.
- Submit weekly reports in order to track Placement progress. Identified employers
- Visit to employers established, identify new employers to introduce the academic offerings of our students graduate.
- Established contact with officials of Human Resources recruitment from different companies, to demonstrate the availability of the Department of Loans and link to the employer as a source of job candidates.
- Identify the needs and requirements from the company to refer the most qualified graduate
- Assist in the orientation of candidates for graduation or graduates visiting the placement office.
