The role involves preparing food items, handling billing, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing a great customer experience. Shift Details
- Shift 1: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Shift 2: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Shift Type: Rotational shifts Overtime or double shift allowance also available and will be discussed during the interview. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare waffles, beverages, and other menu items according to store standards
- Handle customer orders and billing at the counter
- Serve food and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, kitchen area, and equipment
- Ensure proper stocking of ingredients and supplies
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Manage basic cash handling and record transactions
- Assist in opening and closing the store when required
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers Job Profile

- Minimum Qualification: Any level of education (school students, graduates, or anyone willing to work can apply)
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Ability to work in rotational shifts Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Basic knowledge of making waffles, desserts, or café-style food items
- Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or food outlets
- Good communication and polite behavior with customers
