Role Description

This is a full time, in office Sales Associate position based in Roorkee at Confidential company. The Sales Associate will manage day-to-day customer interactions, support patients with information about treatments and services, promote center offerings to potential clients, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, assisting with billing questions, and meeting sales targets through patient acquisition and service promotion.

Qualifications

Customer service and communication skills to provide excellent support and address client inquiries professionally.

Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to promote services effectively and meet sales targets.

Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple customer needs and administrative tasks efficiently.

Basic knowledge of orthopedic and neurological treatments (preferred, but not mandatory).

Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with healthcare or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.

A proactive approach to creating positive client relationships and an interest in healthcare or the wellness industry.
