About the Role

CA Amit Singh is looking for a skilled and motivated architect to manage residential house projects in Roorkee. The role involves both site execution and architectural planning, ensuring smooth coordination between design and on-site development.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural layouts, plans, and design concepts
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings and timelines
- Monitor quality, measurements, and site progress
- Ensure compliance with local building by-laws and regulations
- Handle project documentation and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 1–2 years of site experience in residential/commercial projects
- Robust knowledge of architectural design and planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software
- Good understanding of construction execution and site coordination
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and project execution capability

Preferred Candidate

- Candidate willing to work full-time on-site in Roorkee
