If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about customer interaction, this is the role for you!As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for recovering loan payments from customers through regular follow-ups and ensuring timely collections. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for EMI/loan recovery via calls
- Maintain daily collection targets and records
- Negotiate and resolve payment issues professionally
- Coordinate with the team lead and update recovery status regularly
- Ensure compliance with all recovery policies and procedures Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of computer usage Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 (Based on experience)
- Attractive Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month
- Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Rotational Week Off
