Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Vice President of Operations at Wonderiss Homes Property. The VP of Operations will oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery. Responsibilities include managing operational strategies, streamlining processes, overseeing profit and loss (P&L;) outcomes, leading strategic planning, and orchestrating projects to meet company goals. - Proficient in Operations Management and P&L; Management to ensure optimal organizational performance and financial success
- Strong expertise in Strategic Planning and the ability to align operations with the company's long-term objectives
- Skilled in Project Management and capable of overseeing and delivering successful operational initiatives
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service to enhance tenant experience and satisfaction
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in the real estate or property rental industry is preferred
