Position : Assistant Manager / Shift In-charge – Pellet Plant Operations Location: Kalunga Odisha Company: Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited We are looking for an experienced skilled for the role of Assistant Manager / Shift In-charge – Pellet Plant Operations to oversee shift operations, production planning, safety compliance, and process optimization at Pellet Plant-1. ???? Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth shift operations with targeted pellet production (quality & quantity)
- Coordinate manpower deployment and operational activities
- Minimize downtime in coordination with maintenance teams
- Monitor and maintain critical process parameters
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, IMS, ISO, and safety standards
- Coordinate raw material feed, sample collection, and production reporting
- Conduct toolbox talks and promote 5S & safety compliance
- Handle vehicle coordination and operational escalations

???? Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 5–8 years of relevant experience as Shift In-charge in Steel / Pellet Plant operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and manpower handling skills
