Job Title: Sales Engineer – Instrumentation & Industrial Automation Location: Odisha (Bhubaneswar / Cuttack / Rourkela / Jharsuguda) Salary: ₹7,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per year + Sales Incentives Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer – Instrumentation & Industrial Automation to join a growing team in Kolkata. The role involves promoting and selling industrial automation solutions and building strong relationships with clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities
- Sales of Industrial Automation products such as PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI
- Generate inquiries and develop new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and end customers
- Provide technical product information and solutions to customers
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Industrial Automation sales
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation or BSc (Physics/Electronics)
- Good knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI and industrial communication networks
- Experience working with industries such as Steel, Power, Cement, Chemical, Oil & Gas
