Branch Manager (Rourkela)

Hiring for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations for our equity broking business. The role involves driving client acquisition, revenue generation, team management, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and profitability
- Drive equity, demat, and trading account acquisition
- Lead and motivate sales and relationship teams
- Build and maintain solid client relationships
- Achieve revenue and business growth targets
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal policies
- Monitor market trends and guide clients/team accordingly
- Coordinate with HO and support functions for smooth operations Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in equity broking/financial services
- Strong knowledge of equity markets and trading products
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
