Position: Web Developer Location: COIMBATIRE Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Developer to join our team at EMINENT TECHNOLOGY. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, and ensuring they align with the company’s goals. The Web Developer will work closely with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites and applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop front-end and back-end web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create responsive and adaptive web pages optimized for desktop and mobile platforms. Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies. Ensure website functionality and stability across devices, browsers, and operating systems. Implement web security measures to protect against cyber threats. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to web applications and website performance. Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability. Monitor and update the website as required, ensuring functionality and stability. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 1 years of proven experience as a Web Developer or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, PHP, or other relevant programming languages. Familiarity with database management systems, e.g., MySQL, MongoDB. Experience with web hosting and deployment tools. Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Soft Skills: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress. Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
