Role Description

This is a full time, in office role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will manage daily customer interactions, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
