Inside Sales Representative

- who have experience in international process
- Outbound

Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the U.S. market through outbound calls and emails

Initiate contact with decision-makers to schedule qualified sales appointments

Conduct basic research to understand prospective clients’ business needs and challenges

Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients while supporting existing accounts

Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to potential customers

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system

Stay up to date on company offerings, sales processes, and relevant industry trends
