Customs Representative Rupnagar

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Representative to manage customs clearance processes for import and export shipments. The candidate will prepare shipping documents, coordinate with customs authorities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support timely cargo movement. Solid knowledge of logistics operations and customs procedures is preferred.

key points:- Commercial invoices Packing lists Bills of lading Shipping bills Certificates of origin File customs declarations through electronic systems. Ensure compliance with customs laws, trade regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with customs officials, port authorities, shipping lines, and logistics providers. Calculate duties, taxes, and tariffs for shipments. Track shipment clearance status and resolve delays or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of customs transactions and shipment documentation. Assist clients with customs-related queries and regulatory requirements. Monitor changes in import/export regulations and communicate updates internally. Support audits and inspections related to customs compliance.
