Shift :- Night shift Location :- Zirakpur,Punjab Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and managing network and server environments. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to maintain secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain system and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients
- Configure and manage servers, networks, firewalls, and virtualization platforms
- Handle system upgrades, backups, and security maintenance
- Support cloud migration and e-mail migration projects
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best IT practices Required Skills
- Proficiency in System Administration and Network Administration
- Experience with MSP tools and platforms such as Kaseya and ConnectWise
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms including VMware, Citrix, and vSphere
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in technical support and client-facing issue resolution
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure management
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualification
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco
- Experience with firewall setup and management
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and migration processes
