Experience: 10+ Years Role Overview De Facto Infotech is seeking an experienced and visionary Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Microsoft business applications. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping enterprise solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives across the Microsoft ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design
- Define end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM/Finance/Operations) and Power Platform solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design secure, high-performing, and reliable enterprise architectures
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance, and standards Technical Leadership
- Lead architecture discussions and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Provide technical direction across multiple projects and teams
- Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads
- Review technical designs, code quality, and solution performance Development & Integration
- Architect and oversee development using:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate, Power BI
- Dataverse & Common Data Model
- Lead integrations with Azure services, APIs, third-party systems, and enterprise applications
- Ensure efficient use of plugins, workflows, custom connectors, and extensions Governance & ALM
- Define and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies
- Establish governance frameworks for Power Platform environments
- Ensure data security, compliance, and role-based access across solutions Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams
- Lead solution demos, workshops, and architecture reviews
- Ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards Required Skills & Expertise
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM and/or F&O;)
- Deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, plugins, workflows, and customizations
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Hands-on experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
- Solid experience in integration patterns, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworks Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications (Highly Preferred):
- PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect
- MB-600: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
- Experience across multiple modules/domain areas (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, SCM, etc.)
- Exposure to AI Builder, Copilot, and advanced analytics solutions
