Job Description – Regional Accounts & Administration Officer The Regional Accounts & Administration Officer will be responsible for managing regional finance, accounting, and administrative operations across branches. The role includes handling branch accounts, collections, vendor payments, MIS reporting, office administration, compliance coordination, and ensuring smooth operational support within the region. Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional accounting and finance operations.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and branch expenses.
- Prepare MIS reports and reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate GST, TDS, billing, and audit documentation.
- Supervise office administration and branch support activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and process compliance.
- Coordinate with branches and Head Office for smooth operations. Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred. Experience
- 3–6 years in Accounts, Finance & Administration.
- Transport/ Logistics / Shipping / Freight/ Supply chain industry experience preferred. Skills Required
- Knowledge of accounting and administration processes.
- Solid coordination, reporting, and follow-up skills.
