Civil Site Engineer (Odisha)

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site operations and ensure execution of construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, supervise site activities, and ensure timely project completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and technical specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Monitor material usage and maintain stock records
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
- Manage manpower and site resources effectively
- Resolve technical issues at site
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within timelines Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 28 years of experience in construction projects
- Robust knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Good communication and leadership skills Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential / commercial / industrial projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Familiarity with billing, BOQ, and quantity estimation
