Job Description Seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Manager to oversee successful delivery of our products and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a robust understanding of project management principles. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the delivery process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met and that deliverables meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize project delivery and enhance overall client satisfaction. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management or delivery management roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and software Job Requirements Should have strong working experience in the following areas:
- Well-versed in managing large & complex programs end to end
- Experience in Project & Delivery Management and handling of critical project execution with complete software development life cycle experience. Proficient in Planning, Customer Relationship, Resource Management, Solutioning, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management
- Provide thought leadership for Continuous Process Improvement
- Actively involved in forming project teams, hiring, training, mentoring, and appraising as part of building high performance teams
- Efficient people management, understand people aspirations and work on their career path, plan & mentor employees for their competency development, Implement & execute performance management as per organizational guidelines
- Review and Provide inputs to Account plans specific to delivery capabilities, execution of the Delivery Plan in line with the account plan
- Define Quality goals, review project level data and take corrective action ensuring compliance with the quality goals
- Responsible to build strong relationship with client, increase market share and improve penetration in the account
