- MBA in HR (mandatory)
- 3
- 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with Naukri portal will be preferred
- Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (must-have)
- Experience in manufacturing / cement / plant hiring is an advantage Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles
- Source candidates through job portals (especially Naukri), references, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments
- Manage salary discussions and negotiation with selected candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers in Excel
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
