- Lead and mentor a team of field service technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of crusher equipment in office.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage field service schedules, dispatching technicians as needed. Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements :
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of crusher equipment, including operation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software related to crusher equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in various field environments. Location: Odisha Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech Experience: 3
