The roletypically requires strong knowledge of cold rolling mill operations, processautomation, along with leadership and problem-solving skills . Key Responsibilities Manage & control thecomplete production process Maintaining qualityspecification Knowledge about equipment & operations Coordinating with maintenance & other departments Enforcing safety protocols andpromote secure working practices among the team Ensuring team is motivated & meets production goals Maintain proper shift records, reports Key Requirements Equipment Capacity and Specifications ofVarious Equipment and Material to be processed Basic SAP knowledge Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experiencein rolling mills, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or shift in-chargerole Skills: Safety procedure, Rolling Mill Concept, Quality Control, communication, problem solving, computer proficiency.
