Entry Operator: To ensure the plan activity followed by Shift incharge; Shift Handover & briefing, Safety checks; Equipment Inspection,Uncoiler,coil car, Pinch roll, Looper; Material checking ,Confirm All sizes(Spe:-Width,thickness,weight); Maintain log book Shift wise at Entry section; Maintain log book Shift wise at Entry section; Verify Production schedule; Load the coil,Center & Alignment Properly; Shear The edge (For stitching); Feed strip to Entry looper; Adjust line speed & tension, check quality of stitch; Watch the coil issue if any telescopic inform to control room or Shift incharge; Monitoring line Operations through out shift; Update down time issue, Basic troubleshooting Role & responsibilities. Exit Operator : To ensure the plan activity followed by Shift incharge; Receiving handover from previous shift; Maintain safety activity; Check Condition of recoiler ,coil car & weighing scale all equipments at exit & inform the status to SI; Confirm Planning(Spec like thk,coating,printing etc); Monitoring strip thk,Over look gloss & Quality related issues; Sticker placement; Load empty mandela for nxt coil; Communicate Qc persons regarding issue; Log book maintaining(Defect,length,Weight,brand); Coil Tracing; Campaign wise segregation; Inform mech team any trouble shooting; Prepare Nxt Plan; Obs Housekeeping inform to concern team; Handover properly to nxt shift Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lt1zw
