Role & responsibilities: 1.Managing the maintenance, manpower and financial planning for Civil department. 2.Maintaining the Buildings, Structures, Roads with excellent condition. 3. Must be multi-tasking and always be working together with intra & inter departments. 4. Ensure & follow proper procedures are in place for civil & landscaping related works and activities along with safety practices. 5.Implement and ensure proper methods for optimize maintenance & project cost. 6.Hands on Experience with software like Auto cad, ERP, Excel, MS word etc. 7. Effective execution of preventive maintenance & projects and to be carried out as per schedule. 8.Plan training schedules and ensure training effectiveness to all the team members. 9.
