Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Head / CSO Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Years of Experience- 0-2years Salary- Up to 3 LPA Role Summary: The Business Development Executive plays a key role in achieving monthly sales and branding targets through client meetings, site visits, and deal closures. The position demands proactive client engagement and active coordination with the marketing and event management departments to enhance brand presence and sales performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Target Achievement
- Handle leads from Pre-Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners, and self-sourcing with full ownership and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM or Google Sheets daily. 2. Client Engagement & Conversion
- Manage end-to-end client interactions from first inquiry to registration.
- Conduct project presentations; explain pricing structures, offers, and financing options.
- Address client queries and maintain long-term relationships.
- Collect post-visit feedback and share insights with management. 3. Team Management & Coordination
- Supervise and guide BDM Associates in their daily field and documentation tasks.
- Coordinate closely with Pre-Sales for lead nurturing and appointment confirmation.
- Support Offline Marketing and Event Management teams during all events for execution and follow-ups.
- Promote a culture of accountability, coordination, and team work across sales operations. 4. Event Participation &Brand; Promotion
- Organize and lead events, including: Client Meet-ups HNI/Corporate Meet-ups Residential Society Campaigns Property Expos & Investment Events Events will be organized by the Offline Marketing Team and Event Management Team, but BDMs must provide full on-ground support for planning, client invites, coordination, and follow-ups. 5. Documentation & Loan Coordination
- Oversee booking documentation, KYC verification, and agreement processes.
- Coordinate with banks, advocates, and clients for loan processing and registration support.
- Ensure all paper work follows RERA and company compliance standards. 6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on meetings, site visits, closures, and follow-ups.
- Maintain 100% CRM data accuracy and update compliance.
