We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow implementation, customization, integrations, workflow automation, and platform governance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, strong technical architecture capabilities, and the ability to deliver scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Configure and customize:
- Workflows
- Forms
- Service Catalogs
- Automations
- Lead technical and architecture discussions across ServiceNow modules
- Develop integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications
- Optimize:
- CMDB
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Telecom inventory processes
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure platform governance, security, and best-practice compliance
- Support:
- Upgrades
- Deployments
- Troubleshooting
- Performance optimization
- Mentor development teams and contribute to solution delivery excellence Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and customization
