Description
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and meetings.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and make daily meetings
- Prepare a quotation and technical submittal for the customer and designer.
- Create frequent reviews and reports as per standard procedure.
- Achievement of sales target.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate with valuable contact with customer and HVAC consultant
- Similar product sales, i.e., air handling units
- Not staying far away from office
- Own conveyance two/four wheeler.
- Willing to travel frequently. Remuneration: Fix salary
- Monthly Bonus based on completion if assigned task by reporting manager
- Quarterly bonus based on achievement of sales target for the quarter.
