Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Account Personal would be responsible for generating business, project execution and final delivery of project to customer.
- The person shall also strive continuously to improve quality and service to the customer with a view to
- Delight the Customer- at all times.
- Generating Sales.
- Identifying sales opportunities by constantly scanning the environment, pursuing the identified opportunities and calling on the potential customers.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Giving presentation to the clients (Builders, architects, direct customers).
- Ability to do effective market segmentation.
- Coordination with installation department for smooth execution of the project.
- Monitoring quality of enquiries. QualificationRequired: Graduate (B. tech) MBA ExperienceRequired: 8+ years of experience SkillsetsRequired:

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driving license is mandatory for application.
- Strong customer connects, strong market knowledge.
