Planning & Contract Manager Location: Bhubaneswar Experience: 10-15 Years Job Summary -We are looking for an experienced Planning & Contract Manager with strong expertise in finishing works of high-rise residential/commercial buildings. -The role will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, contract administration, and ensuring timely execution with quality and cost control. Key Responsibilities -Planning & Scheduling: Develop project plans, timelines, and track progress. -Contract Management: Handle contracts, negotiations, and compliance. Execution & Coordination: Manage finishing works and coordinate teams. Cost & Risk Control: Monitor costs, manage risks, and billing. Required Skills & Qualifications -Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering preferred. -10-15 years of experience in construction/project management. -Experience in high-rise building finishing works. -Knowledge of Primavera/MS Project and contract management.
