Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract Location: Joda, Odisha Purpose of the Role: Skill development of youth leading to gainful employment by catering to the growing skill development needs of youth in its operational areas with consultation with Stake holder and unemployed youths. Key Deliverables:
- Organising Skill Gap Analysis for Skill & Entrepreneurship development location wise.
- Setting up & manage the skill development interventions of the respective regions.
- Reaching out to more and more youths for skill development leading to gainful employment.
- Leverage the collaboration with government & Corporates funds for skill development programs.
- Collaboration with leading Govt. Institutions & Organisations for innovation, incubation and entrepreneurship development.
- Organising Skill competitions, Job fairs and representation in state /nationals level skill competitions.
- Fund management of the project, Procurement process and utilization report development for partner organisations.
- Maintaining documents, reports, and writing proposals for external partnership. Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate. Preference will be given to post-graduates in Social Work, Rural Development or related fields. Work experience in years: 0- 4 years Functional Skill Sets: Understanding of vocational training programs, employability skill training & entrepreneurship training, Govt. Skill Development Programmes and convergence. Behavioral Skill Sets:
- Excellent Communication Skills, Interact positively with the community, and team members;
- Self-motivated,
- Result-oriented.
