Requirements 3 to 6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account roles. Background in telematics, mobility, logistics, SaaS, IoT, or fleet-tech is strongly preferred. Proven track record managing high-value or enterprise accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable with data-driven discussions, analytical reports, and ROI-based conversations. Ability to engage with on-ground operations teams, drivers, and OEM partners. Bachelors degree required; MBA is a plus. Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
