We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial team at Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership and management skills. Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, including accountants and analysts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and bankers. Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including accounting standards and tax laws.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
