Area Manager - IMF & New Growth Initiatives (Odisha)

- Implement the strategy to set up and develop the IMF channel, managing a pool of 10-15 Insurance Marketing Firms.
- Independently implement the IMF acquisition plan in the territory, identifying potential leads and sources for prospective IMFs.
- Coordinate with headquarters for referred leads and connect with prospects to organize seminars for IMF acquisition.
- Ensure conversion of leads through effective pitch of the IMF value proposition and manage the setup of IMFs.
- Oversee technology support to enrolled IMFs and ensure seamless contracting of IMFs with Max Life.
- Develop understanding of products and coach IMF staff on product USPs.
- Manage performance and provide marketing, training, and operational support to IMFs while controlling attrition through revival or replacement. Job Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, Key Account Management, or related fields.
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills, with exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing strategic initiatives, programs, and trainings, along with coaching partner employees.
- Full understanding and experience in handling partners, including knowledge of IRDA regulations.
- Ability to drive business growth through improving productivity and controlling costs.
- Robust stakeholder management skills, focusing on building relationships with key stakeholders.
