Production Incharge- Ready Mix Concrete (Odisha)

Preferred candidate profile Candidates from Ready Mix Concrete industry only needs to apply. 6- 8 years of experience in Production of Ready Mix Concrete. Full time Diploma/ B.E.- Civil. Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting visual inspection of plants.
- Operating Command Batch and SAP
- Cordination with dispatchers for dispatch schedules and final load. Assist dispatchers in case of issues, delayed dispatches etc.
- Cleaning and washing of batch plant.
- Mixer chipping, greasing and disposal of shedge.
- Plant start up and shut down.
- Monitor accuracy of batching process by checking tolerance of all raw materials.
- Coordination with Lab Technicians for Batch tolerance.
- Maintain Batch equipment in valuable working condition. Ensure safe operation of batching plant.
- Ensure availability of trucks below batching plant at all times
