Associate/ Sr. Associate - Provider Network (Odisha)

Role & responsibilities
- Lead the expansion and strengthening of the health & wellness provider network.
- Drive tie-ups and empanelment of hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and radiology labs.
- Manage renewals, contracts, and tariff negotiations, ensuring the best pricing and service terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers for sustainable partnerships.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new providers into the network.
- Monitor and analyze cost savings, provider performance, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate provider records and ensure regular updates in the database.
- Address and resolve provider-related queries and operational challenges within defined TAT.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and competitive benchmarks in PAN India. Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in healthcare or provider network management.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and existing provider network.
- Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record in provider empanelment, tariff negotiations, and network expansion.
- Ability to work in a energetic and fast-paced environment.
