Role & responsibilities
- Join our growing Customer Experience (CX) team and be the friendly voice our customers trust. This role is primarily voice-based and chat/email support, where youll solve problems, guide users, and make every interaction a positive one. What Youll Do
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and occasionally email.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, accurate solutions.
- Update and maintain customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Keep conversations empathetic, clear, and professional. What Were Looking For :
- 2-5 years of experience in both voice and non-voice (chat/email) customer support
- processes.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Solid problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
