Job Title: Project Architect Experience: At least 5 years skilled experience in a reputed architectural consultancy firm.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institute/university Minimum 5 years of skilled experience in a reputed architectural consultancy firm Proficiency in relevant architectural software applications Knowledge of building codes, development regulations, by-laws, and statutory approval processes Must have experience in working with heritage projects.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of conceptual, schematic, and detailed working drawings Prepare and deliver presentations before clients. Attend client meetings within West Bengal and other states as required for project coordination and discussions.
