Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master (US Overlap Retail/Digital Programs) Work Timing: IST with overlap till 11:10 AM – 12:00 PM PST Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master with strong experience in enterprise Agile delivery and digital transformation programs to drive execution across high-impact initiatives. The role operates within a POD-based / product-centric model, leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep program governance expertise, Agile leadership, and strong stakeholder management, with the ability to quickly adapt to retail/eCommerce domains. Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Ownership
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs / PODs aligned to business priorities
- Drive PI planning, sprint execution, and roadmap alignment across multiple teams
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
- Ensure predictable delivery with strong governance, reporting, and KPIs Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Agile maturity, best practices, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Product Owners for backlog grooming and prioritization
- Remove blockers and improve team velocity and delivery predictability Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
- Provide transparent reporting on delivery health, risks, and progress
- Drive alignment on scope, priorities, and trade-offs
- Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Risk, Dependency & Governance Management
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively
- Establish and manage governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting cadence
- Oversee release planning and coordination with DevOps teams
- Ensure quality, stability, and production readiness Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and improve delivery metrics (velocity, SLA/KPI adherence, predictability)
- Drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery outcomes Cross-Functional & Global Delivery
- Manage distributed teams (onshore/offshore/GCC)
- Coordinate across engineering, QA, DevOps, and vendors
- Ensure smooth execution across multiple concurrent workstreams Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in Program Management / TPM / Scrum Master roles
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise Agile programs
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models
- Experience in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar tools
- Strong experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM / SAFe
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern architectures (microservices, APIs)
- Exposure to digital transformation, AI/automation initiatives
- Ability to quickly adapt to retail/eCommerce domains (OMS, supply chain, personalization)
