Relationship Officer (Odisha)

We are looking to appoint a Relationship Officer (RO) for our Secured Loan Against Property (LAP) product. The role involves sourcing and managing secured micro loans for self-employed individuals and non-individual entities, ensuring the end use of fundssuch as working capital or business expansionis clearly identified and validated during the loan appraisal process. The RO will be responsible for achieving sales targets mutually agreed upon with the Branch Manager (Sales) ABCL, which includes driving book size, ensuring profitability, supporting business growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service. We are looking for a results-driven Relationship Officer to acquire unsecured business loans through open market sourcing. The role involves lead generation via field visits, cold calls, and personal networks, targeting MSMEs and self-employed individuals. Responsibilities include end-to-end loan processing, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets.
