Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure quality and progress. 3. Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and budgets to avoid delays or cost overruns. 4. Ensure finishing works comply with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. 5. Prepare progress reports, conduct site reviews, and resolve execution issues promptly. Store Keeper 1. Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials, tools, machinery, and consumables. 2. Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement requirements to avoid shortages. 3. Conduct stock verification, audits, and maintain proper documentation of store transactions. 4. Ensure safe storage, labeling, and preservation of materials as per company procedures. 5. Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports and coordinate with site, purchase, and accounts departments. Foreman – Finishes 1. Supervise daily execution of finishing works and manage labor teams on site. 2. Allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure work completion as per schedule. 3. Check workmanship quality and ensure activities follow approved drawings and specifications. 4. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution of site activities. 5. Enforce safety practices, resolve in office issues, and report progress to project management. Finishing Engineer 1. Supervise and monitor execution of finishing works such as flooring, painting, tiling, ceiling, joinery, waterproofing, and other interior/exterior finishes. 2. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. 3. Coordinate with contractors, foremen, consultants, and procurement teams for smooth progress of finishing activities. 4. Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and resolve technical issues related to finishing works. 5.
