Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, documentation, systematic storage, and distribution of finished scooters and Helmets and other allied parts.

Workflow Management: Supervise the full "Inbound to Outbound" flow: Receipt > Storage (FIFO) > Picking > Invoicing > Loading.

Asset Protection: Minimize "Truck Damage %" through improved loading supervision and carrier management; ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are processed without errors.

Process Compliance & 5S: Enforce strict adherence to SOPs and maintain a world-class facility using 5S methodologies to ensure a clean, protected, and orderly workplace.

Quality & Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement corrective actions.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors; manage and evaluate the performance of 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) teams.

Inventory Control: Lead periodic stock audits, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and maintain meticulous transaction logs.
