Computer Networking & Remote Support Engineer (Odisha)

We are looking to hire a skilled Computer Networking and IT Support Engineer who has strong knowledge of computer networks, remote troubleshooting, software installation, and basic computer hardware diagnosis. Key Responsibilities The candidate should be able to:
- Take remote access of client systems using tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, etc.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software on Windows systems.
- Diagnose computer, printer, router, switch, and network-related issues.
- Configure LAN/WAN, IP address, DNS, DHCP, gateway, firewall, and basic routing settings.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity, slow network, printer sharing, file sharing, and system performance issues.
- Understand and resolve basic hardware issues like RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, printer, and peripheral problems.
- Support clients over phone, WhatsApp, remote desktop, and on-site when required.
- Maintain proper records of issues, solutions, and client support work.
- Coordinate with team members for escalated technical problems. Required Skills
- Deep understanding of computer networking concepts.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS installation, drivers, software setup, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN cabling, IP cameras, printers, and network devices.
- Basic computer hardware repair and diagnosis knowledge.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and explain technical issues in simple language.
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and quick learning ability. Preferred Skills
- Experience with CCTV/IP camera/NVR setup.
- Knowledge of firewall, VPN, NAS, server, or cloud backup.
- Experience in ISP/network support will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, or SQL software installation is a plus. Experience Minimum 1–3 years of experience in networking, IT support, computer hardware, or remote technical support. Pay: ₹15,086.00
