About the Role We are looking for a skilled Technical Support / Help Desk Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot user issues, and support IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of Windows systems, PowerShell, and Python scripting for support and automation tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues
- Support Windows desktops/laptops, printers, applications, Office 365, and basic server issues
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets within defined SLA timelines
- Perform user account management, password resets, and access support
- Use PowerShell to automate routine IT/admin tasks
- Use Python for basic scripting, troubleshooting, and automation support
- Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when required
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and qualified communication Required Skills
- Experience in Technical Support, IT Help Desk, or Desktop Support
- Good knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Basic knowledge of Python scripting
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests Preferred Skills
- Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, or Zoho Desk
- Knowledge of Azure, Intune, or Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL Education Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant experience will also be considered. Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mtfsh
