Role Description This is a full time, on-site Receptionist role based in Odisha, India. The Receptionist will handle a variety of front-office and administrative tasks, including receiving visitors, providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, and performing clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records. The role requires working closely with the team to ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including scheduling and record management
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of email, word processing, and scheduling software
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required
