Assistant Manager for RCD (Rural Consumer Durable)

An Assistant Manager Rural Consumer Durables works in sales, distribution, and market development for products like TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, and other home appliancesspecifically in rural or semi-urban markets.

Dealer & Distributor Management

Build and manage relationships with rural dealers and distributors.

Sales Targets

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals in assigned territories.

Market Expansion

Identify current villages/towns for business growth.

Promotions & Campaigns

Run local marketing activities, schemes, and product awareness drives.

Team Coordination

Work with sales officers, field executives, and sometimes rural sales promoters.

Market Insights

Track competitor activities and rural buying behaviour.

Fieldwork & Lead Conversion. Rural Consumer Durable (RCD) Expertise. B2B Sales & Relationship Management. Dealer & Channel Partner Management. OEM Finance. Electronic Finance. Lifestyle Finance. Home Appliances Finance. Digital Product Finance (DPF). Channel & Distribution Management. Solid communication (often in local languages)

Fieldwork adaptability (travelling must in local territory)

Sales & Negotiation skills

Basic understanding of rural consumer behaviour Problem-solving in low-resource environments

Eligibility

MBA (Marketing/Sales) or Graduate with experience (for experienced). Graduate/ Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (for freshers). 25 years experience in sales background (preferably consumer durables for experienced) Experience in rural or channel sales is a big advantage. Bike is mandatory. CIBIL Score is must above 720. Age must be within 26 is mandatory.

Salary Incentives
- Reimbursement

4 .5 LPA fixed + 25 % Variable for experienced candidates. Salary structure for fresher candidates up to 3 LPA (Fixed) may defer as per location. Incentives as per the company norms. 3000 will be given for travelling allowance/petrol cost.

Work Schedule

Everyday 9 hrs duty Mandatory work on Saturday & Sunday One day rotational weekly off provided
