L2 experience in Windows Administration
Valuable knowledge on MS Office 2016 and above troubleshooting
Good knowledge MS Office 365 Suite troubleshooting
Hands-on experience on MAC OS and devices
Good understanding on Windows Patching and MAC OS upgrades
Proficient in MS Office tools (excel formulae and PPT Dashboards etc.)
Positive knowledge and understanding of Windows based environment.
Understanding Knowledge on Change, Incident and Problem management.
Experience: 2 to 4 Years Job Description:
Build and install PCs, laptops and peripheral devices (such as printers,scanners, projectors, VC) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance withorganization standards.
Maintain installed PCs, laptops and peripherals with routine maintenanceregarding updated AV DAT and OS Patches.
Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications orHardware components. Assisting, Planning and executing system upgrades andmigrations.
Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordancewith Organization guidelines
Customize desktop applications to meet end-user needs, record technicalissues and solutions in logs and follow up with clients to ensure their systemsare functional.
Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computertroubleshooting and usage.
Ability to prepare Standard Operating procedures, Dashboards and DataAnalytics.
Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams to ensure seamless operations
Technical Skills:
MCP or MCSE would be preferred.
