Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with teams to design innovative solutions that align with business needs and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead design discussions to ensure solutions meet business requirements- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards
