Billing Officer - Warehouse Operations (Odisha)

Job Summary: Responsible for managing warehouse operations including inward handling, dispatch coordination, billing, and inventory management. Ensure accurate stock maintenance and smooth material movement following FIFO & LIFO practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inward material receiving and verification
- Manage dispatch activities and documentation
- Prepare invoices, challans, and billing records
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation
- Monitor FIFO & LIFO inventory processes
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain warehouse records and MIS reports Required Skills:
- Knowledge of warehouse operations & inventory management
- Understanding of FIFO & LIFO methods
- Basic MS Excel & ERP knowledge
- Positive coordination and documentation skills Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
